upon execution of the venue rental agreement, a 50% deposit is due
kindred accepts all payment types for rental deposits and bookings
final balances for all rental contracts & bar packages are due 30 days before your event date - for rentals arranged less than 30 days in advance of event date, full payment is due with completed contract
kindred requires “wedding insurance” from the insurance carrier of your choice
